Holiday Parts and Accessories Madness - Incentive
Please pass along this FANTASTIC incentive program to all your Parts and Service personnel. Assist your people in making plans to earn valuable prizes by stocking the items you need to sell.
It is so easy to earn some nice awards from Subaru. Awards like:

· Sony Blu-ray HD Disc Player

· GPS Navigator
· Atomic Wall Clock – 24”
· Portable DVD Player
· Twin Mobile DVD Players
· Rechargeable Power Center
· Digital Picture Frame
· Other valuable awards
Incentive Time Period: November 1, 2008 through January 31, 2009 (drawing each week)
Who is Eligible? Any Dealer Parts or Service Employee
How do I earn the $Award? Sell a qualifying item, submit the information from the Repair Order or Counter Ticket on the website, and earn a chance at the awards. You may win only one award per week and a particular place (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th) once for the “Incentive Time Period”. (Example – if you win 1st place the 1st week, and your name comes up as 1st in the 2nd week, you will qualify for 2nd place instead)
Qualifying items (each item earns a Raffle Ticket for the week in which it is sold)
· Subaru Vehicle Battery
· A single Accessory over $100 (no combination to make minimum)
· Bluetooth Accessory (earns 2 raffle tickets - submit entry twice)
· Ipod Integration System (earns 2 raffle tickets - submit entry twice)
· 30k Service (RO must identify 30k in text)
· 60k Service (RO must identify 60k in text)
· Remanufactured Axle Shaft (earns 2 raffle tickets - submit entry twice)
· Remanufactured Alternator
· Remanufactured Starter
· Remanufactured Short Block
· Remanufactured Transmission
Repair Orders or Counter Tickets with more than one of listed items receives a raffle ticket for each item.

The sale must be your sale and cannot be a “We owe”, internal ticket or an item that’s part of an original New or Used Customer Purchase Order. Your name or employee ID must appear on the invoice within your computer system. If it is not possible to show your name on the RO or Ctr Ticket, enter (on the website) the name shown in your system followed by the person who actually sold the item (ex. Name: John Doe / Mark Smith). Entries must be entered online under the corresponding week in which the item is sold. Errors in transmission are the responsibility of the sender. A list of received Repair Orders and Counter Tickets by name will be available online under the corresponding raffle week. Service personnel are usually on Repair Orders and Parts personnel are usually on Counter Tickets (you must decide on who receives credit and must insure the correct person shows on the invoice).
IMPORTANT – since no paperwork will be faxed, mailed, or handed in, all winning entries will be verified at the time of award delivery. Any fraudulent entries will disqualify a person from the incentive program, no exceptions. It is your responsibility to submit a “sold” item, not a work order or estimate.
You must be employed at the dealer at the time of $Award and you are responsible for any 1099 tax. All $Awards are being paid 100% by Subaru of America, Inc. and any disputes will be resolved by myself, who’s decision is final.
